License & refunds

Orgbit Desktop costs $79.99 USD plus applicable tax. Purchases open when commercial launch setup is complete. Payments are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Orgbit provides the software license and product support at support@orgbit.com. The operator’s required legal disclosures will be finalized before purchases open.

What your purchase includes

A personal, non-exclusive license for one named user on up to two activated computers, across supported operating systems. Commercial work is permitted. The license includes permanent use of desktop releases published within your purchased update window. It does not transfer ownership of Orgbit or include hosted Team services.

Updates are optional

Your initial purchase includes 12 months of updates, including major releases. Another 12 months costs $39.99 USD plus applicable tax when you choose to renew. We do not renew automatically. An early renewal extends your current coverage; a late renewal begins on the new payment date. You never pay for skipped years.

Your eligible installed version continues working offline after activation. New activation and license management require an internet connection. Perpetual licensing does not promise compatibility with future operating systems, Salesforce changes, or third-party tools.

Thirty-day refunds

You may request a full refund of an initial purchase or update renewal within 30 days of payment by contacting the support address on your receipt. Refunding a renewal removes that renewal’s update coverage; refunding the initial purchase ends the associated license. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Your computers and your data

Activate with the license key in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Manage your activated computers through Manage license; no Orgbit account is required for new purchases. Licenses cannot be shared between people or resold. Keep your license key private. Your local workspace belongs to you; loss of paid access does not authorize us to delete it. Existing work remains available for viewing and export.

Independent software

Orgbit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce. Salesforce access remains governed by your own permissions and applicable agreements. Review the target environment before running operations that change Salesforce data. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Support and license requests

Use the support address shown in your account or payment receipt for billing, recovery, refund, and deletion requests. No response-time guarantee or enterprise service-level agreement is included in the desktop purchase.
